When angry, the entire energy consolidates into that wavelength of that angry thought. You stay in anger perpetually. Anger takes away nourishment from the body, takes away heat from the stomach, and energy from blood circulation. 
This meditation takes away anger and turns it into innocence. 

These are individual exercises that can be practiced together or on their own, in any order.

Located about two fingers below the belly button, the navel center is seen as the body’s core powerhouse. In yogic anatomy, it’s the seat of willpower, vitality, discipline, and personal power. It’s also where 72,000 energetic pathways (nadis) are said to converge, making it a key point for energy flow throughout the body.
Why is it Important in Kundalini Yoga?
Foundation for Energy: The navel center acts as the body’s energetic anchor. When it’s strong and balanced, prana (life force) can move freely up the central channel (sushumna), supporting the awakening of kundalini energy.
Physical Health: A strong navel center supports digestion, metabolism, and overall vitality. Many Kundalini Yoga kriyas (sets) begin by activating the navel to “wake up” the system.
Emotional Balance: It’s linked to self-confidence, courage, and the ability to take action. Imbalances can show up as insecurity, anger, or lack of motivation.
Spiritual Growth: The navel center is the launching pad for higher consciousness. Balancing it helps you move from survival mode to thriving, opening the way for deeper meditation and spiritual experience.
How is it Strengthened?
Kundalini Yoga uses specific postures, breathwork (especially Breath of Fire), and dynamic movements to activate and balance the navel center. Examples include Stretch Pose, Sat Kriya, leg lifts, and navel pumps. These practices build core strength, boost energy, and help integrate body and mind.
