Class Description
"I need to find the higher sound, the higher Prana, the 'higher road,' in any circumstantial fluctuation of the mind. It's my job as a Human Yogi to not give people my subconscious patterned arhythmic thought-forms. By nature, these are divisive energetic waves of thought, as they are maintained by a scarcity program. Instead, I offer a harmonic expression of all energies-in-motion, by infusing mantric code into all aspects of life. I do this by having mantra boxes in my home, playing mantra in the car, playing back my own voice recorded chanting mantra on my phone, chanting mantra with a Mala, etc."

-Practice a quick and vigorous set, that includes back bends and the "Singha Pranayam," a powerful mouth breath.
-Experience a deep meditation series that includes a unique communication mudra, along with the sounds "HAR" and "HARAY."
-Meditate deeply with the classic Singh Kaur recording of "Ardas."
