Hast kriya works on the obnoxiousness in the personality. Everyone has a different version of this. The index finger is connected to the brain stem. Use the potent power of mantra with command language to construct your own reality.

You can't teach divotion. You either are or you are not. Like skin color. It's a certain color and that's the way it is. It's very hard to transmit it. Relate to the mantra as science, food, or medicine, where you are taking in nourishment. You are basically commanding through the lips, tongue, and movement of the navel, you command the building blocks of reality. Which is sound and light.
