Yoga, nothing fancy and nothing weird. After 8 hours of White Tantric, a night of a long Aap Sahee Hoa Meditation, and a New Moon energy, this class will ground you.
We get up in the morning around this tantric angle science. The sun and the moon are at an angle, or at night... there is an angle, the tantric angle... and it can scoop more of your subconscious dirt than at any other angle. Same with the white tantric yoga days. Those angles expand and become multi-dimensional. So you sit in front of someone and it works these diagonals... double helix, which is a combination of the DNA... other dimensions. Time and Space. During that time, you start to expand. And you can get stuff out of you. For many lifetimes.
Tune in after the discussion (17:10) followed by Cat-Cow. Begin Kundalini with Sarbang Dandes (25:29). 31-Minute Aap Sahee Hoa Meditation (1:07:05).
