No problem can ever be solved from the frequency at which it was created. In order to solve problems, you have to go to a higher frequency. Then you have perspective to see things and disentangle from the layers so the problem can dissolve. The technology of solving a problem has to be understood through experience. It takes intelligence and a balance in the brain chemistry which you’ll focus on in this class.

Create and hold a higher pattern in your neural network so you can solve problems. Your practice during class is to install these patterns but then you have to go out and activate them.

Resurrectionary thinking leads to victory. We practice moving towards this resurrection and building the warrior-saint part of our souls.

Day 15 on the P-Fruit Diet. “February” comes from a purification rite. Any kind of cleansing makes you feel very light and etheric, especially nutritional cleanses. It gives the capacity to live below or above sea level.

The etheric realms are opening to us by tapping into this powerful cleanse. The word February means to cleanse.  So this is a good time to cleanse the 10 bodies, mind, body and spirit. Sometimes the deepest way to cleanse is to clean the clutter out of the drawers at home. And of course yoga.
