11- minutes each of three of the most powerful meditations in Kundalini Yoga:
Kirtan Kriya, Sat Kriya, and Sodarshan Chakra Kriya
If you do these three 11-minute meditations each (33 minutes in the morning), it will open up the chakras, it will take care of your Tattvas and it will give you power in your own being.
Sa Ta Na Ma balances the Tattvas. Sat Kriya absolutely energizes the Tattvas – the elements. Sodarshan Chakra Kriya opens up the Chakras in absolute balance. So you are never going to be in trouble.
