This is a difficult time on the planet because the pressure is on.  We are born as spiritual beings to become human. Not humans trying to become spiritual. You have chosen here for the master’s touch. We don’t understand truth because there are so many: your truth, his truth, her truth our truth, environmental truth, and on and on. So many truths.  It has nothing to do with the master’s touch.

Part of the far side of Aquarius is shallowness. You have 84 facets of the mind … and you can look back at yourself. Who needs drugs? Put yourself into multiple positions so you can see what your lover, employee, or children need. It will help you be more conscious. Learn the three positions: you, you from the other person’s eyes, omnipotent- you by looking down from a higher perspective.  Practice this and your whole life will change.

Steady As She Goes

The Golden Shield Psyche

You have to think of pacing yourself as a spiritual practitioner. Think of yourself as an athlete needing to regulate the ten-body system in order to show up for your spiritual progression.

The middle way is not cultivated in the West— we’re either doing too much or too little. We’re great at polarity. The middle way is a much more self-disciplined space to hold which requires lots of energy. To keep up with all of the pressures of life, you have to have a short list of things you know will comfort the system so you can continue to show up. It’s not a deprivation or an indulgence.

Here are some of the things for your toolbox: getting in water to cleanse the aura, physical kundalini yoga, physical exercise or walking five miles a day, eating right to ground yourself, and getting proper sleep. Watching TV is helpful too when you use it as a tool to relieve the pressure of the psyche.

Everything that is in front of you is the most important thing for you to be doing! You are in the right place wherever you are — use this as a constant thought. It’s a powerful thought that starts to expand your psyche of the golden shield, which is a part of the radiant body. It puts you in places that will exalt you. Your radiant body is drawing you into the environment and circumstances that are exalting your incarnation.

Repeat the Good, Replace the Bad

Reciting a mantra creates a vibration that goes beyond your physical experience of life. It carries you through your days, reverberating through time and space. One commandment of the Age of Aquarius is Jap, or repeat – “repeat the mantras, repeat the positive action, repeat the positive thought, repeat, repeat, repeat.” (-GJ) If you take a progressive or positive pattern and repeat it, it becomes the order of the day. When someone repeats something bad, neurotic, or denatured, they wonder why they aren’t having a good experience – they’re repeating the negative. It’s so easy for a single bad habit or pattern to become calcified, turning into second nature. There is a danger of repeating it until everyone who comes into your reality either helps you repeat it or you push them away. So if Jap is the order of the day, use it as an order to help you get into your destiny stream. Create a higher quality pattern and repeat, repeat, repeat.

When you have the power to command the flow of all ten of your bodies, you can command the flow of your soul. No matter how bad things are, you have a level of self-mastery. Everything from what’s going on, to the insecurities, to the inferiorities, to the parapsychological moving thought forms. Those of others and your own. Train yourself to hear it all more effectively in this class. You will be able to understand without cognition because of the acuity of your sensory system. Use the kundalini technology in this class to activate your frontal lobe. You’ll be able to listen in a way you’ve never heard before. Receive teachings on how to become enlightened. Work on the magnetic power of your heart in this class. It’s stronger than 108 suns. The more active your heart is, the better. Practice with the kundalini technology to unlock the lock of Vishnu. Specifically, focus on the navel point and diaphragm because unlocking it opens up your heart. In the kundalini lineage, within the heart of the teacher lies the transmission of the teachings.
