Wherever you have deep grooves in your system is evidence of where your energy flows. These are your habits. This is the worn groove and therefore the “one jerk” reaction you will have under stress. Tune in to learn how to create caliber in yourself with the kundalini yoga in this class. In order to create caliber, you must repeat - JAP. Do not repeat the well-trodden groove of your neuroses. Instead, create a deeper groove by repeating the higher vibration. That is what the mantra is and does. Learn about what the kriya is and does during the lecture. Kriya means to move from one coordinate to a higher and more enjoyable vibration. You practice. You repeat and it creates a deeper groove of your caliber in the right direction.

Tune into and receive teachings about the science of sound. It changes your molecular structure. It is all quite secular. And it is within you. No need to externalize your experience of spirituality. You have your own Generating. Organizing. Delivering. Principle of spirit. And what you came here for is to deliver. Deliver the thing you came here to deliver. If you don’t then life is empty and you will feel unfulfilled. That is a heavy broadcast on the planet at these times. The only way you deliver is if you generate and organize it within yourself. Listen to the teachings in this class and be inspired.

In these times, the pressure is very heavy on the human psyche. It is the pressure of evolution. Use the sound current to open up a space where you can begin to generate and organize your neural networks for a sequence of fulfillment and victory rather than neurosis and loneliness. It is a cold depression. You feel the bankruptcy of not delivering on your destiny even though life in this Western world is “good”. You actually feel cold. Begin to lift that with the yoga in this class. Elevate yourself in meditation. When you do, you can uplift everyone you interact with.

Excavating some of your cold depression and suffering should feel a bit uncomfortable. It is a healing crisis as it metabolizes. You may actually feel more of it because it’s coming to the surface. Obey. Serve. Love. Excel. If you can obey yourself then others will too. It starts with self-discipline. You gain command. You have discipleship of self. This is what the daily practice is about. You start to trust yourself. When you trust yourself it is very attractive. It is a deeply replenishing experience to be around a person who trusts themselves. People start to trust you. It creates prosperity because people want to give you opportunities, date you, and be around you. Gain command of your own self-trust. It is the main step toward prosperity. You become a relieving person to be around because you actually like yourself. Develop this caliber of self with the yoga and mediations in this class.

Dislodge the Mother Judgement

The accuracy of kundalini is what allows the quantum healing and tantric energy to come through. It is taught with great precision. We are always looking for that quantum leap.

The subconscious mind does a great job at “becoming your mother”. It distracts you and then you miss things. That is happening all day long. This is a great challenge. Learn more about the subconscious projections and how they get lodged in your system. Use the kundalini in this class to get at the subconscious thought forms. Eliminate the non-realities. Simple spiritual teaching: reality is something that gives your energy and non-reality is something that depletes you. The subconscious thought forms are far more magnetic because they come from the great programmers known as your parents. You focus your attention on serving those inner conversations and projections. Those hypnotic loops cause you to miss-take opportunities to create a different experience. This is a special class and is wonderful for beginners. It was given leading up to Summer Solstice. It is one of the most powerful days of the year. In the Kundalini lineage, we understand that we can use solar energy to make major shifts in our vitality, creativity, and prosperity. Set the intention to really cultivate it in this class.

When you breathe deeper, you allow other people you interact with to breathe deeper. This is a profound yogic science principle. Use this technique in a practical way every day. Breathing ahead of time (before you enter a place) means that you alter the entire quantum field as well.

Gain a different perspective on happiness as you tune into the teaching in this session. It is in our innate makeup as human beings. It is biological and we are wired this way. The goal of this yogic practice is to take some things off of you that may be blocking you from your original state. This is the state of innocence. That doesn’t mean it is going to be easy. With the kundalini technology, the postures are meant to challenge your mental and emotional bodies. It comes up so you can clear it. This is the deep fatigue and stress that keeps you from plugging into your most innocent and open state of contentment. No matter what happens in your life, it is a life well lived.
