I grew up with Kundalini Yoga in my life because my aunt was taught by Krishna Kaur. So I would go to her classes as a baby and when I was a teenager. I decided to get certified when I came into my own spiritual journey, and of course took Krishna’s training.

 

It was life changing and transformative. I appreciate how Krishna pushed me, even though I was the youngest one in the training. I love teaching this yoga, and especially to kids and women of color.

 

Yoga, health, beauty and humanitarian-based travel are my passions.
