Use this 10-minute workout to bring yourself into good cardiovascular shape, which is very important for your ability to physically will manifestation in your life.

You have to have a home practice every day.  You need community, but a home practice should always consist of a few non-negotiables.

As Women, we need a win before 7:00 am, otherwise, the rest of the day will be an upward battle. You need a win before the day begins. Men don't understand. The massive amount of pressure that is on women, is enormous. It takes more work as a woman. It's the highest carnation.
