We sat down with RA MA Institute Venice’s True to see what inspires her most:
ੴ Favorite Mantra: Sat Nam. Truth is our vibrational identity. In a poetic way, then, we are a song – unique in all of time and space. Knowing our song, and singing it… and helping others to know and sing/vibrate their own song… I can think of no greater calling or truth.
Go-to Yoga set: To teach, I love the Nabhi Kriya for Prana-Apana. The gathering of energy into the heart center for healing is so beautiful. In my own practice, I find myself repeating the Stress Set for Adrenals & Kidneys more than any other. Bolsters our ability to handle the wacky energy in the world.
I’m curious about: Pretty much everything. Always connecting dots…
One book that blew my mind: I’d always wished for a manual on “How to be a Human”. Turns out there is one! The Aquarian Teacher (the Kundalini Teacher Trainer Text).
Talisman I can’t live without: My karas (Sikh bracelets). They help to keep me centered and focused both in kundalini classes and out in the world. Karas represent an unbreakable connection and commitment to the divine. (And the Wonder Woman imagery isn’t lost on me either.) 😉
Favorite crystal and why: I love Septarian – the Dragon Stone. It looks as though golden light is pushing its way through cracks in the stone from the inside out. Not unlike us…!
My yoga class in 3 words: Presence. Balance. Connection.
Favorite Yogi Bhajan Quote: “If you can’t see God in all, you can’t see God at all.”
