Kundalini Yoga Sadhana is the pillar and foundation of a strong practice. From 4am – 6:30am, we will do a yoga set, and then chant a specific sequence of mantras for 62 minutes.
It is said that practicing yoga and meditation before the sun rises has exponential benefits.
