Class Description
You do a meditation first thing in the morning so you can have victory as soon as possible. It’s hard to live on this planet so you should program your morning routine with a lot of affirmation and applause. Pat yourself on the back and stimulate your positive imagination. Its velocity is faster than your neuroses. Get it riding out in front of you. Get the projection out of how great you are so you can deconstruct the self-loathing and childhood issues.
Successful people can hold their positive imagination and their vision until everyone around them starts to see it that way. You have this power.
There are cycles of life and everything changes. It’s part of the cyclical nature of the human incarnation. Hormones shift. You experience different things and problems. Those problems cannot be solved at the level in which they were created. You need patience. When you do, you have all the time in the world because you can expand and maneuver it. Patience pays.
If you are a visionary who want to do something impactful in the world, then you must hold that vision until people understand. You need enough strength to do it. That’s what you’ll work on in this class. You need to hold the positive vibration of your vision as long as it takes for everyone to see it the way you see it. That’s how you change reality. How long can you hold the vision? It takes a high level of esteem for yourself, so you don’t freak out and react at every little thing. The person who has the highest vibrational impact carries the vision and everyone will see it, but you have to be able to hold the pose. That’s why you do the yoga. In relationships it’s the same. You hold the mirror neurons of the thing you want from the other person.
Accept your own dignity and the whole world will come to you. Work on the dampness and foggy bottom of your 3rd chakra which is what causes the low self-esteem.
