You can't teach divotion. You either are or you are not. Like skin color. It's a certain color and that's the way it is. It's very hard to transmit it. Relate to the mantra as science, food, or medicine, where you are taking in nourishment. You are basically commanding through the lips, tongue, and movement of the navel, you command the building blocks of reality. Which is sound and light. Sound actually creates light.  YOu relate to the sound as medicinal-grade food and medicine.

Every day you should do something that clears the anger out of your system. Do this and you win daily. Women start and end all relationships. That is the spiritual teaching. Understand your own finite vehicle - the body along with your house - the aura. That is the theme of this class. Receive a teaching on energetic anatomy and how to keep it all clean. You keep looking for more space to store this stuff and that is what creates the disease, destructive relationships, and unfulfilling experience of life. It is all you. Make some speedy movement in your incarnational experience by learning how to erase apps that you don’t want or use. You have the power to command your own operating system.
