Tune into for a teaching on the importance of spending with other women in community. In concentrated time together you will notice that a lot of your problems just melt away. Khalsa actually means a group of practitioners that come together with deep intention. So much can burn off in these settings and then you don’t have to take that karma back into your actual family and relationships. The feminine in all of us wants relationship of some kind. The masculine in all of us wants to be left alone. It’s not gender specific. It exists in all humans.

Receive teachings on what happens to the mind-body system post-eclipse. Practice the yoga in this class to lock in a pattern and project that as a whole new experience of your life. There are variants of reality that are happening simultaneously. If you position yourself in a positive projection during an eclipse then you can lock in a whole new variation of reality afterward. You can have a very heightened incarnational destiny and choose not to live it because the self-destructive patterns that are installed by the parents can block it. The sabotage programs can really knock at your door.

It’s crucial, necessary and important for children who have never tried drugs yet to at least hear once, somewhere, that drugs are actually negative. Literally 100% of the education and advertising out there is either moralistic/dogmatic (i.e. fear-mongering and not fully explaining what the physical dangers are: the equivalent of abstinence-only education), or actively pro, positive, pushy and anti-fact: excusing drug abuse as positive with health benefits or as “spiritual experiences.” If you’ve ever done drugs, please keep scrolling because no one wants you to feel bad; that’s not a helpful way to navigate your wonderful and  blessed future.

The issue with drugs is that they take you out of your own hands; the number of people who have accidental overdoses or unintentionally harm themselves or others is unbelievably sad, tragic and astonishing for themselves and everyone around them. There’s nothing recreational about hurting yourself and leaving children, friends and family behind.

As a yogi, you become extremely sensitive to internal and external energies. Yoga is essentially the science of manipulating your internal energy. This is a very exact and precise system of moving energy and substances just impede your future yogic progress in practice, point-blank.

There’s a self-sensitivity and gentleness we’re tuning into with yoga practice and trying to allow a space for. Be nice to yourself. Then be nicer to yourself. We want to create a space where being kind to yourself is vindicated and celebrated, or at least accepted, unlike in the rest of the world where it is actively punished.

This class will give you adaptogenic energy. If you need calm then that is what the art and science of the kundalini process will give you. If you need a boost then the kundalini will adaptogenically provide it. The virus of the low energy states cannot live in your system. Experience it in this session. Have some tools in your back pocket for when things go awry. Your system is very intelligent. Take the opportunity in class to work deeply with it. Come to your practice like a scientist and totally change your life and what is happening in your mind. Learn some ways to really have sovereignty of your own mind. This class provided a bit of an operating manual.

Your erraticism is part of why you are not getting what you want. You cannot contain it. Work in this class to develop more steadiness in your system. Allow your anxiety to melt away. Let become energy rather than obstruction.
