NOTE: The meditation at the end of this session is specifically for practice by women only. The physical exercises and the pranayam series can be practiced by anyone and make for a good 35 minute session.

In this class we practice a simple and powerful set for the metabolism and to bring on deep relaxation. This is followed by a potent, healing breath meditation.
