As Westerners, we have to practice maintaining during moments of "cool boredom" (Chogyam Trungpa) or "supermarket sadhana." Yogi Bhajan said "keep up" is for after you have the experience.

In many cultures, "cool" is very essential. Everyone who can keep their cool is valued because it's a sustainable way of life. But how to keep your cool?  By "Keeping up" your practice.

In the age of Pisces, spirituality was taught. But now, in the Aquarian Age, it is caught and we want to always be alert to it.

You may not understand cognitively what is happening at all, but a master is always placing things in your aura that it will take you lifetimes to unpack.
