Class Description
Energize the heart, strengthen the body, and clear the path for deep transformation. We begin with a dynamic Kundalini Yoga sequence designed to pump pure energy into the heart center, building physical strength and resilience from the inside out.
You’ll move through powerful aura-clearing exercises, hip openers, and backbends that awaken the spine and ignite your inner fire. Each posture is crafted to open the body, expand your energetic field, and channel vitality directly to the heart—preparing you for a breakthrough meditation experience.
The second half of class is dedicated to a potent meditation for dissolving fear and clearing karma. Using a strong, rhythmic mouth breath and a dynamic hand posture (mudra), you’ll amplify your life force and reset your mind. This practice is designed to help you release old patterns, cultivate courage, and step forward with clarity and strength.
