Class Description
There is meditation and there is post-meditation. We work to gain energy to be able to meditate and have a deep, elevated experience. The experience of living consciousness and daily sadhana can move you from the potential of living consciousness to the practical experience of living consciousness. You can view your life and mind through your consciousness or through your wrong relationship with your mind. That de-natured relationship to the mind makes you a victim to time and space. Determine a way to have a relationship with your life and mind that is conscious. Apply it and create caliber and projection.
