Class Description
Drala is a Tibetan word that means “above the enemy.” When you dress with drala, this is a manner of fashion that elevates one’s own psyche and the psyche of everyone you meet. In Kundalini yoga, this practice is called bana.
In bygone eras, using the technology was structured and ordered. However, once you know the components and the aim of yogic dressing, you can use each component in a systematic way to increase your energy field and positivity to impact your surroundings.
