Class Description

This is a training-style Kundalini set built around Sat Kriya, repeated in rounds and progressively intensified with Frog Pose. The structure is simple and deliberate: you establish rhythm and alignment in Sat Kriya, then use the frogs to generate heat and stamina, then return to Sat Kriya to consolidate the energy and keep the mind focused.

The workout is designed to energize and balance the lower triangle and is traditionally used to support digestion, sexual vitality, and overall endurance. It often brings a clean sweat and a feeling of physical reset, with a steadier gait and more grounded confidence afterward.

Expect strong, repetitive work with smooth transitions. The “no rest” sections are about staying continuous without jerking or rushing - keep the movement controlled, maintain concentration, and stay precise with form. Finish with deep rest to let the effects settle through the whole system.
