Class Description
Panj Graani is an ancient science that’s very old, very sacred, and very simple, traditionally reserved for higher-caliber disciples who had proven discipline and spirit. This kriya works directly on the diaphragm: when the diaphragm is open, flexible, and correctly tuned, its physical and energetic action supports deep vitality and helps keep the body in a state of health. After about five minutes you may feel sensation or pain in the diaphragm area; this can be a sign the muscle is out of shape from not breathing habitually from the lower abdomen. As the practice begins to clear the lower lungs and increase oxygen capacity, the body may “regularize” itself - sometimes with intensity - before it settles into greater ease. If you practice this kriya for forty days, it can change you inside and out. But there is a note of warning: no matter how good it feels, do not practice it for more than 11 Minutes. From there, we’ll add a second meditation to increase your IQ—sharpening focus, strengthening mental stamina, and bringing more clarity to decision-making. The session closes with an extended gong relaxation, allowing the nervous system to fully absorb the work, reset, and drop you into a deeply restored, spacious calm.
