Class Description

A simple but powerful breath meditation designed to calm the nervous system, balance hormones, and release emotional tension. The hand mudra symbolizes the union of creative polarities—masculine and feminine—stimulating the brain-body connection.

By alternating breath through the nose and mouth in a rhythmic pattern, this practice gently shifts the autonomic nervous system, helping regulate stress responses and support the glandular system (especially the pituitary and hypothalamus, which govern mood, hormones, and sleep).

With steady practice, Yoni Kriya may also help break repetitive mental patterns (or “karmic loops”) and promote deeper, more restful sleep. It’s known for calming anger, frustration, and restlessness—ideal at the end of a busy day or before bed.
