Class Description

Carla’s adventure with Kundalini Yoga + Meditation began in 2004 and in 2019 she founded The Moon Sanctuary, a community-forward center in Atwater Village for classes in healing and creative arts - specializing in classes for mothers and children. She brought her youngest daughter to Camp Grace when she was 4 months old and it was the most powerful step she took toward taking care of herself as a mother with two small children. Joining Immense Grace has had a profound effect on her life and it is from a deep place of gratitude that she has been a part of spearheading RA MA Mama.
