Class Description
This restorative practice is designed to soothe the nervous system while supporting the pituitary gland - the subtle “conductor” behind rhythm, balance, and resilience. You’ll be guided through a gentle yoga set that invites deep rest without losing clarity, creating the conditions for the body to recalibrate and the mind to soften its grip.
We’ll then move into a focused pranayam series to balance the ego, so you can hold healthy boundaries, make clean decisions, and stay steady without needing to prove anything.
