With a background in health, movement and energy medicine, Lindsey activates individuals to move freely and authentically and to discover facets of self. She views movement as a rhythm and flow in all subtle bodies including the mind, emotions, physical form and energy.

Lindsey’s journey began at youth with dance, gymnastics and organized sports. As an adult, she has channeled movement through yoga and pole dance for the past 20 years. As a certified yoga and pole instructor, Lindsey empowered individuals to connect deeply with themselves and to work with movement as a form of liberation.

Now Lindsey follows subtle energy lines from within and flows with the elements. She’s excited to take you on an explorative journey to flow in your nature!
