Deep Hormonal Renewal and Extended Meditation for the Radiant Broadcast.

Your glandular and endocrine systems are the bedrock of your biochemical makeup. Stimulate your system to secrete the chemicals of youthfulness.

When your glands secrete at a high level you can see life in technicolor. When the subconscious is light you can move into a more subtle space where your endorphins are flowing and beauty is truly a mood. Master The Master Set and go into a rainbow trance to enrich the very fabric of your life.

Experience deep healing in this meditative class with Shabadpreet, and remember your ability to regenerate.

Full yoga kriya set with 14 minute meditation.
