A person of wisdom aligns themselves with seasons. There are four seasons on a macro scale, and there's also seasons on a micro scale. The Yogi enjoys the changing seasons, and doesn't fight against it. Many resist change of environment, and this fight causes a lot of suffering. There are many shifts in the environment currently, on this planet and in space. This practice is great to allow the change of seasons, macro and micro, to gracefully animate your experience of being inside of it, and then to, furthermore, find joy in the opposing winds.

Modern science reminds us we are vibrations condensed into form; through sound, breath, and awareness, we recalibrate this atomic structure—shaping the way we relate to technology, society, and the accelerating pressures of our time.
