Over time, this can refine how you think, work, share, love, and meet challenge, bringing more rhythm, steadiness, and coherence into daily life.
Mystically, this meditation is understood through the power of 11 and 22: 11 as the number of Infinity in the material world, and 22 as longing and mastery over the mental realm. Regulating the breath in this rhythm gives the mind the power to stretch toward the Infinite. Shabd Kriya is praised for its profound effect on the personality—building radiance, and with radiance, patience: the first condition of real love. Through disciplined practice, it helps embody a practical universality—giving, like the sun, with warmth, steadiness, and less fixation on the faults of others.

This session is designed to revitalize the kidneys - essential organs for energy, resilience, and emotional balance - while strengthening your capacity for a positive, uplifted mindset. You’ll move through a thoughtfully sequenced set of Kundalini Yoga exercises that target the lower back and kidney area, using dynamic movement, breathwork, and twists to stimulate circulation and support detoxification.
