When i am neutral, then every thing I do is a Kriya - every thing I do becomes a complete action and clears karma, removes any uncertainty that I can move myself to the next height of joy and happiness.

Practice a series of alternative active and integrative postures with different pranayams to support the experience of Yoga through this session. You'll notice how differently your energy moves through each posture - culminating with a fun meditation for beauty & relaxation.
