Welcome to Wednesday evenings with Atma Santokh. We will use the energetic correlation with the planet Mercury to explore conscious communication. These hour classes are meant to offer quick and powerful tools to come back into my energy and into a meditative state of awareness and clarity.

It's equinox eve!

Let us allow the purification of the equinox energy to clear the channel, and clear the doubt that I'm able to rise into the full expression of me, the highest level of prosperity, and the deepest embodied experience of happiness and expression and joy.

This is a well-rounded classic Yoga set, with many classic postures to open space in the body and mind and breath. The session culminates to the Hast Kriya series, which works on the nerve system, from earth to self, earth to heavens. It is simple in appearance and infinite in power: said to hold the hand of God and the hand of death simultaneously. The mantra is a Jupiter mantra, eight terms, not understood through meaning but through vibration. Like a stone thrown into the ocean, the waves it creates carry a power that can be read by those who know. Jupiter governs the medulla oblongata and the neurological centers of the brain, controlling all three rings of the brain stem. Practice this and anger, obnoxiousness, and nervous system disorder begin to dissolve, because Jupiter prevails.
