If you’ve got a lot of energy, but you don’t know how to get rid of the bad stuff, you might feel like you’re in a bit of a mess. It’s important to balance out your energy so that you can feel more centered and at peace. When your energy is balanced, you can tap into your true power and be your best self. To do this, you need to make sure that your body is eliminating negative things as well as bringing in positive things. Think of it like cleaning out your closet: you need to get rid of the old stuff so that there’s room for the new. If you can find this balance between giving and taking away, you’ll be amazed at how good you can feel!

Scarcity is me having the misconception that there isn't enough energy for me to rise to any given occasion, to complete any task. This comes from a deficiency of prana. The 3rd chakra is digestion, assimilation, elimination - it happens physically and psychologically. The naval fire is behind all of this - there's an intelligence that comes from rhythmic naval strength and movement. We are installing an intelligent pattern to give us the power to use to get on the positive current of every positive and negative archetypal opportunity. I need to use the positive executive mind to be a boss!
