Love is having a bigger experience of whatever I want. In relationship we have greater accessibility to the energy because there's two of us instead of one - Two bodies one soul, to offer a collective prayer. Tonight we calm the glandular with Yoga and expand our container with a strong pranic meditation, as to hold more energy, more prayer, more love.

This practice is all about dissolving the inner barriers that hold you back—the “couldn’ts” that limit your growth, creativity, and confidence. Through a focused Kundalini meditation, you’ll use breath, mantra, and specific mudras to clear self-doubt and old patterns that keep you playing small.

This class features a brief yoga set to work the kidneys to continue preparing for spring, followed a challenging meditation mudra to expand the horizons and to infuse the prosperity mantra into the system to capitalize on the current astrological aspects.
