From that steady foundation, you’ll expand into a vast, uplifted state - rooted, clear, and open.
We close with a meditation using the RA MA DA SA mantra, a powerful healing prayer to support those who are suffering. As you chant, you’ll direct the sound current as an offering - awakening your own healing presence while extending it outward to family, community, and the world.
