This class builds inner vitality and stamina, strengthening your capacity to stay steady, uplifted, and present in everyday life. We often neglect self-blessing - not as narcissism or ego recognition, but as a basic responsibility, like changing the oil in your car or watering orchids in a greenhouse. It’s maintenance for the soul.
The practice culminates in a self-blessing meditation taught by Yogi Bhajan. As prayer dissolves the gap the mind creates between the Self and God, blessing becomes an automatic habit. It is the prerogative of every soul to bless—certainly others, and also yourself. This meditation gives you that experience, helping you restore trust in your own light and leave feeling renewed, supported, and quietly radiant.
