This session is designed to support your body’s natural ability to cleanse and protect itself. We begin with the Kundalini Yoga set “Cleanse the Body and Disease Prevention,” a sequence of dynamic movements and breathwork that stimulate circulation, boost immunity, and help clear toxins from the system. Each posture is chosen to activate the body’s detox pathways and leave you feeling lighter, clearer, and more resilient.
After the physical practice, we transition into the “Meditation for Guidance.” This meditation uses a precise 10-part segmented breath, synchronizing the inhale and exhale with the mantra “Waho Guru.” On each inhale, you mentally chant “Waho” in ten parts; on each exhale, “Guru” in ten parts. This rhythmic breathwork calms the mind and opens your awareness to subtle guidance. The practice concludes with eight rounds of chanting “Who” and “Guru” aloud, amplifying the meditative effect and anchoring your intention for clarity and direction.
