The Tantric energy allows the practitioner to experience more subtle aspects of life in a tangible way. The key is simply becoming aware of the energy that goes in and out of the body and mind, via the breath and the sound. A Kundalini practice gives the practitioner a space to explore the nuances of the human spirit through repeated movements, breath, and sound. The more something is repeated, the more that a person can experience subtlety, and with continued practice the subtle becomes more tangible in daily life through a wealth of creative energy. In this class, work the naval center, the source of all nerve plexuses, and then experience a meditation series to awaken the dormant power of prosperity and built-in success.

I learn to intuitively receive what energizes me and leave the rest.
I become intimate with my energy and with the fluctuations of the mind. My mind has two channels: what is me and what isn’t me: When meditative, I bifurcate what is me and what isn’t me. The Yoga set is for brain fatigue, to exalt communication, and the meditation uses the Aap Sahaee Hoa mantra to “melt negativity.”

Its almost spring, we are feeling things awakening. 
Edges - the most biodiverse places in the natural world
and in our own psyche. 
The human has ebbs and flows of consciousness and we meet our own growth edges. When energy allows to dwell anywhere, it can become fatigued or inflamed, and then is therefore vulnerable to disease. Energy tends to accumulate, aggravate, and alleviate. I can tap into the agitation with the yogic technique to turn it into a higher awareness, with the diagonal kundalini energy. The equinox is a growth edge. I tap into the perfecting balancing energy of the equinox, by removing any fatigue that’s left over from the winter months. In this class, practice a few foundational exercises, followed by a 9 minute set to remove blocks, and a sweet meditation to remove deep fatigue.
