Being aware means meeting myself in my daily practice to I can meet the world with a fuller sense of presence and understanding. It doesn't matter if theres a disagreement on the surface, because deep down we all breathe the same breath, all come from the same place, and are all going on the same definitive journey at the end of life. Why focus on differences when we have the innate power to find commonality, to help lift each other up, and to elevate together. It's much more effective, in the endevour to bless, heal, and evolve, to find a meeting place in the vast dualistic space of the world at large and in our inner worlds. The mantra practice harmonizes the inner-world, and then radiates outward, vibrating harmony everywhere I go; This is how we can create an everlasting change on the planet.

Kundalini Yoga for Men:
This Kundalini Yoga class is designed specifically for men to build inner stability, vitality, and presence during the high-energy summer season. We begin with foundational warm-ups to open the spine and awaken pranic flow, preparing the body for deeper work.

The first core practice is “Nervous System Overhaul”, a powerful Kriya to deeply reset and strengthen the nervous system. This sequence is essential for modern life—rebuilding resilience, sharpening mental clarity, and balancing the body’s stress response. A strong nervous system is the key to remaining calm, intuitive, and steady in the face of challenge—qualities especially important during the active, outward summer months.

Next, we engage the full spectrum of human potential with “Sarabang Dande”, a dynamic sequence that activates and integrates all 10 bodies of yogic physiology: from the physical body to the radiant and subtle bodies. This rare and complete exercise strengthens the musculature, aligns the auric field, and harmonizes your total energy system—leaving you balanced, empowered, and fully present in both inner and outer life.

The class closes with “Narayan Kriya”, a deeply meditative practice said by the Masters to have the potential to turn you “from nothing to everything.” Through breath, mudra, and silent inner focus, this Kriya connects you to the infinite creative flow—awakening a state of abundance, spiritual confidence, and wholeness.
