Kundalini yoga is a yoga of self-initiation.  You do not need to pay someone for a mantra or a meditation, they are all out there for the taking.  But only you can do the work, only you can hold your arm up! No one else will do it for you.

In this insightful teaching, Guru Jagat encourages us to find our purpose on the planet by simply doing the next right thing.  No one is going to lay out our purpose for us in a PowerPoint.  We have to find it by showing up with maximum vitality to do the next thing, the next move, the next decision.  This is how we build and complete for our unique purpose on the planet.

P-Fruit Experiences

As a vitality practice, do the P-Fruit Set until the end of March. You can optimize your immune system. You will be stronger in mind, body, and spirit. Any kind of fear can attack the immune system. The immune system is connected to the clarity of mind.

Mind your mind. Watch yourself getting caught up in the swing of outrage and hypnotized by the news cycles. You need to have sovereignty over your own mind.

Your job as a yogi & human being, that wants to live a conscious life, is to pick thoughts and use your time on the planet that gives you more energy. The addiction and seduction of the hypnosis on the planet are strong. Those who want to use this human life for the betterment of this planet will be clear of mind. It’s a decision, but you have to have clarity of mind to see this.  To have a vital system, clarity of mind, and sovereignty of mind is a power that is priceless.
