Becoming solid and steady in ourselves so we don’t freak out.
Emotionality can be beautiful - I need to know where to place, express, and how to be sweet with it. When I reflect on the success of my day - I reflect on how energizing my relays were - with other humans, animals, myself, and all of the elements.
I Am here to grow, to be bright and awesome.
All things remind the Yogi who they are; Having an energetic relationship with every spectrum of fluctuation is Yoga.
Whatever happens, I use that energy to be authentically expressed.

The power of the tantric force can give me the glandular and nervous system strength to be calm under any circumstance.
