Your yogic practice gives you the ability to maneuver the forces of life that want to live through you. When there is a momentum of energy moving through you, and you are in a standstill of inertia it can give you whiplash. You are not going to feel well.

Doing Sat Kriya every day allowed Guru Jagat to go into the aura of the master that Yogi Bhajan held. You can condition yourself so you can reconstitute your body. It helps you get the thing that you want. It re-patterns the self-fulfilling prophecy of not getting what you want. It re-patterns the subconscious patterns. It makes you agile. Whatever is in front of you right now is what you need to make a creative impact on.

There is a creative pulse that moves through all living beings: the energy of Kundalini. To whatever degree we are unable to handle that energy is the degree to which we are being self-destructive. We must practice to know how to deal, work with and cultivate this Kundalini energy that is the true and pure potential of the human being.
