We are very addicted and attached to our suffering, kundalini yoga has many tools and techniques to give the system more energy or a “pranic buffer” to change the pattern. You need a pranic buffer, which comes from practicing every day and not just when you’re in crisis.

Looking at yourself honestly is a key piece of spiritual maturity.  One way to gain insight into what you can’t see is by stepping into the second position.  This is when you take a detached view of yourself and what you are doing.  You ask yourself, “What does this look like from someone who doesn’t care about me?”

Look at your social media, look at how you sound and act during a fight, look at your responses at work and see what you don’t want to see.  Are you acting with integrity? Are you aligned with your values? Is what you are doing adding to benefit the planet?

Frequency of sound can raise consciousness. In Tibetan Buddhism when given the treasure of sound in an empowerment, your job is to do something with it. Listening to your sound together with the master’s sound is called “the Thunderbolt of Shiva”, which could restructure the vibrational frequency of your neurology. There is alchemy inside the sound current of a Master.  The “naag” sound frequency can get to the places where more dense things can’t go.  We can take the sound and direct it into the cavern of our psyche where we store negative ideas about ourselves to upgrade the vibrational frequency so that the negativity cannot exist.
