The mind is incredibly creative, and left to its own devices can destroy you. It needs a lot of stimulation to keep itself occupied or entertained. Mantra directs and channels energy into a more constructive current. “Aap Sahai Hoa” is one mantra that is particularly soothing to the neurotic mind.

Even as we “level up,” the mind will still continue to be fiendishly creative, only now the external stakes get higher. There should be more to lose.
