Cleaning the blood. When it's not clean you don't have the physcial foundation to hold a thought form like happiness, or joy, or generosity or compassion. This is why this technology is so complete.  We want these things. We want joy and happiness. There is basic goodness. But if the blood chemistry isn't clean enough or balanced enough then you can't physically sustain the experience of happiness for very long. If it's not balanced enough you won't be able to maintain it.

A Yogi is one who has the skillset physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually to be able to open a state of unrequited joy.  You wakeup and you feel complete joy.
