Fear is a compounding experience. As it builds up in the body, it needs to be cleared out as well in order to live a most prosperous life. The physical yoga set is designed to clean the kidneys and adrenals, where fear is stored in the body and the meditation that follows moves you into a more intuitive flow in your day to day life.

Starting with a series of short exercises which may each be practiced on their own, this class aims to prepare the body for powerful, active breathwork. The breath practice here is great for moving any stuck or stagnant energy in the self and was especially chosen by me for after Mercury retrograde.
