Tantric Exercise - 1 hour and 40 minute meditation to Rakhe Rakhanhar. Yogi Bhajan referred to the meditation: "This will rid you of mental bankruptcy. This is a gift from heart to heart from the master to student. Act perfectly and act right, let this act perfect you to your mind. The effect will be felt over the next five hours.
