Practice the morning Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Class with Guru Jagat.  The flow of love energy cannot happen in a tight, constricted, or restricted body. Train the mind and body for more expanded, generous and transformative relationship and love.

Men and women are asked to eat separately and answer the question:
What are you craving from your partner or the next person you date? In a way of energy, style of being, way of service...What do you truly and deeply desire from your partnership?
Then answer the question: What would you have to DO or GIVE to evoke that?
