Victory in Love

In this afternoon session, following the pranayam practice, engage in a dharma study with Guru Jagat on the topic of relationship.  Topics include: Understanding reality, Self-hypnosis, Childhood wounds and how childhood is over, Hysteria contact, Lover and beloved, 25% physical attraction trick, Where relationships break down, Further stage love, Attentiveness, Male and female psyche tendencies.

Practice the morning Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Class with Guru Jagat.  The flow of love energy cannot happen in a tight, constricted, or restricted body. Train the mind and body for more expanded, generous and transformative relationship and love.

LUNCH ASSIGNMENT:
Men and women are asked to eat separately and answer the question:
What are you craving from your partner or the next person you date? In a way of energy, style of being, way of service...What do you truly and deeply desire from your partnership?
Then answer the question: What would you have to DO or GIVE to evoke that?

In this third part of the afternoon session with Guru Jagat and John Wineland, practice in chairs defining your ultimate ways to celebrate love.  Discovery how to intuit your partner's true needs by feeling beyond details and into texture and pure experience.  Put these new awarenesses into embodiment and nervous system intelligence.

DINNER ASSIGNMENT:

Go on a dinner date using your new embodiment.  Practice using energy in a way that you have never done before.
