Working the navel center to open the body-mind system to our internal source, the kundalini energy at the base of our form, in preparation to revitalize the heart center and increase our physical and energetic strength.

Did you know that some of the mantras we use in our Kundalini practice were stolen? According to the teachings, the gurus went up to the heavenly realms and stole them from the celestial bodies for planet Earth.

We need the mantras, so we don’t repeat the cycles of human extinction that have happened on this planet. As Guru Jagat jokes, “The 5th time is the charm!”

These mantras will need the development of art, culture, fashion, and fun to make them the central sound of the new culture that is emerging.

We need to step up the pace of our spiritual evolution!

Work to clear the meridian system and the Nadi system so that more of this energy can go through you so you can get inspired to move yourself in these directions; work harder on the mastery of your skill set, or to get more organized and plan better. It's worthwhile to do both.  And you can notice new skills with your practice.

Cut through the illusion of self-importance. When your self conscious, it’s your self-importance. Your obsession about your body, and how you look to others. Your moodiness is your self-importance. #currentmood. All of the social media is built on self-importance. It can be for revolutions. But mostly it’s about our self-importance.

Once you surrender and let go of all your moods, the miracle of life will become more apparent. This mental reset will trickle down all the way to the physical, opening the body and releasing more of what no longer serves you.
