Tune in for teachings about pregnancy. It’s a totally different experience as a meditator. You begin to understand what you need to do to prepare for labor. Children do what we do and not what we say. After the first 40 days, your parenting is done. Your job is simply to keep them safe.

For the most part, our childhood traumas were the result of our parents misappropriating adulthood. They may have been tired or hungry just trying to make householding work. When you understand that they were exhausted, young, and confused it allows you to give them a break

Almost every problem we have is based on a refusal or resistance to grow up. That is what the Kundalini technology is for. It clears you of this resistance so that you can be in the pulse of your intuitive wisdom to know that when the forces of life move you, you can see right action. Your yogic practice gives you the ability to maneuver the forces of life that want to live through you.
