In this afternoon session, following the pranayam practice, engage in a dharma study with Guru Jagat on the topic of relationship.  Topics include: Understanding reality, Self-hypnosis, Childhood wounds and how childhood is over, Hysteria contact, Lover and beloved, 25% physical attraction trick, Where relationships break down, Further stage love, Attentiveness, Male and female psyche tendencies.

The opening session of the weekend begins with a vigorous yoga set to free up confidence, strengthen your nervous system, get into embodiment and prepare your physical and subtle body for the weekend.
